Dr Cheng Ming-Yuan received the M.S. degree from National Cheng Kung University, and the Ph.D. degree from National Taiwan University, Taiwan, all in mechanical engineering. He is research-driven scientist with over 10 years of experience in capacitive and resistive MEMS-based force, pressure sensors design, fabrication, micro-assembly, interconnect packaging, ASIC-Sensor integration, performance characterization of biomedical devices.
