In this session, the speaker covered the recent trends seen across the healthcare and life sciences industry in general, and medical device industry in particular, with special emphasis on the application of cloud and IOT technologies to solve commercial and operational problems for a variety of customers. Some use cases and applications, and the overall trend (commercial, technical and clinical trends) of cloud technologies and IOT in medical devices were also discussed.
